My career in real estate began on the lending side of the industry in Madison, Wisconsin. Early on, I learned something that would shape my entire professional philosophy: the numbers matter—but the people matter more. Behind every loan, every listing, and every closing is a family making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
After many years in Wisconsin, my path led me to Las Vegas, where I continued my work in lending and deepened my understanding of markets that move quickly, shift unexpectedly, and can leave people feeling overwhelmed or vulnerable. Living and working in both Madison and Las Vegas gave me a unique perspective on real estate—and on how dramatically the traditional commission model can impact families’ financial well-being.
As a mother of four, I understand firsthand the importance of protecting what you’ve worked so hard to build. Every dollar matters. Every decision carries weight. I’ve sat across the table from families facing foreclosure, job loss, divorce, relocation, and financial uncertainty. I’ve also worked with first-time buyers full of excitement, growing families needing more space, and sellers trying to make the smartest move for their future. Each situation is different, but the need is always the same: clear guidance, compassion, and fairness.
That belief is what led me to become the broker and owner of Flat Fee Pros, LLC, serving both South Central Wisconsin and Las Vegas, Nevada. I knew there had to be a better way—one that allowed people to keep more of their equity without sacrificing service, availability, or professionalism. By offering an all-inclusive flat fee listing, I set out to remove unnecessary costs, eliminate surprise fees, and give families more control over their outcomes.
