We will list your property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which syndicates to thousands of major real estate websites such as Zillow®, Trulia®, Realtor.com®, Movoto®, Homes.com®, and many more platforms connected through the MLS.
We’ll also provide a yard sign and a digital lockbox at no additional cost. When an offer comes in, we’ll guide you every step of the way. All documents can be signed electronically—quick and simple. We’ll handle counteroffers, contract addenda, and assist with ordering necessary documents such as resale packages. Our team will also coordinate with the title company and manage the closing process from start to finish.
A one-time closing fee of $1,000 applies—no hidden costs.
